In the 57 states of Barack Obama's America, Harry Truman said: "The Buck stops with you."

In an attempt to condemn Mitt Romney’s tenure at Bain Capital, President Obama not only continued the 'three Pinocchios' worthy lie that Romney was in charge of Bain at the time it was involved with outsourcing, the constitutional scholar and smartest man in the world, then told ABC News:
"Well, here’s what I know, we were just talking about responsibility and as president of the United States, it’s pretty clear to me that I’m responsible for folks who are working in the federal government and you know, Harry Truman said the buck stops with you."
Mr. 'Headwinds' & "It's Bush's fault", also went on to say that:
"if he aspires to being president one of the things you learn is, you are ultimately responsible for the conduct of your operations"
What?

In the 57 states of Barack Obama's America, Harry Truman said: "The Buck stops with you."

This is the bar that he and his supporters set. Are you really expecting me to say something else? You think it's necessary to?

Please. Move on.
